  This place is a con. I have had my eyes checked under medicare before but not like this scam. I was not told that there would be a charge of 45-165$ for an "eye-exam" not covered by Medicare until after the exam was under way. The last MD I saw under medicare for this same checkup did not charge me an extra dime for the rest of the exam. AFTER the exam started I was given apiece of paper stating that I would have to pay and a piece of paper with all kinds of fancy cataract surgery options on it. I was told I have many cataracts. I have seen another MD now and this is not true. Beware of a place that is only in business to make money off of under-educated innocent people.
