  Excellent stay for the money. Staff are courteous and efficient. Room is quiet despite proximity to interstate. Always a great experience staying at this hotel.

  This was a last minute book. We had originally booked with Marriott but when we got to our room the bathtub was filled with grim, the room was much smaller then we had anticipated and the hot tub was out of order. We called the Best western plus and Mona was working the front desk. She was kind and envited us to come over. She showed us our room and was very accommodating. The house keeping staff was friendly efficient and thorough. The manager showed up the next day and we let him know how satisfied we were with the staff and room. I was impressed to see him working diligently with the staff. His leadership skills were evident in the smooth operation of his business. Very nice place to stay.
