  We engaged JSI for a downspout storm drain project, replacing an existing plugged system. Relatively speaking, this was likely a small job for them, but at no time did we feel like we were not an important customer for them. JSI exceeded my expectations in all respects and did a wonderful job. The work crew men were very friendly and efficient. They answered any questions I had and accommodated my suggestions that weren't in the original plan (such as adding a cleanout elbow and cap at the upstream end of the drain line), worked around any surprises found in the excavation, finished the job on schedule, and left the job site in perfect shape.
