  Don't go here alone if your a female. The normal desk guy I've been seeing over a year wasn't there this time and for a oil change with a coupon I pay 23 dollars, this past time the new guy charged me 33 and said (we add a ten dollar fee to every oil change, probably added this because I wouldn't get the 44 dollar one) the week before I went to firestone for a car inspection so when he told me my serpentine belt was completely damaged and that I needed a power steering fluid flush I called firestone and they said the belt only had a couple cracks and that my power steering fluid was fine. I believe he did a half ads job on my oil change because I am a woman to get me to come back and spend more money there and to get those services done there. (One which isnt needed) I'm very dissapointed and miss the guy who has been working on my car for over a year. This new one has no integrity and will try to mess you over if your a female. If you are a female I repeat do not go to this shop.
