  Ross Family Dental has been my go to for almost two years. However, over the past few months their professionalism and practices have been unacceptable. Something has happened with the front office staff, either through turn over, or lack of proper policies but I would not recommend anyone use their services. Find someone who is accurate with their “estimates”, better at scheduling, and truthful/fourth coming with their recommendations for services.
  
  They have called to reschedule my appointments, left me waiting for 40 min plus, given me an estimate of $0.00 for a service that I was then not covered and billed for, and all under the impression that the service was necessary. Then when I called to question it my call was not returned, when I called following up I was hung up on, my second call not answered and sent to voicemail, and finally on the third call immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. I then drove there in person and made my decision to no longer use their service face to face.
  
  It is also to note that when I was there in person there was another couple having similar issues of services “estimated at $0.00” but now being billed. Ross’ dental practice is setting a poor precedent of bad practices to attempt to charge the insurance companies for services not needed expecting that the customer will not care because it is not our money. Then when it gets kicked back to the customer to apologize and claim that it is not their fault.
  
  Take your business elsewhere, there are lots of better, honest and truthful service providing dentist in the area.
